The Town of Matthews is conducting its Biannual Citizens Survey between November 1 and December 1. An independent research firm, led by Dr. Paul Friday, a professor at UNCC, will oversee the process of collecting, analyzing and reporting the survey results.
We want to know what you think about the Town of Matthews, the services and functions Town staff provides, and what priority should be placed on these services and functions.
The Town of Matthews provides a number of services to the community including police, fire and ems protection, garbage and recycling service, street projects, parks, recreation and cultural resource programming, planning and engineering, regulation of business, street and public facility maintenance and much more.
Results of the survey will be used by the Matthews Town Board as they prioritize the budget and make long-term plans for the future of the Town.
The survey is short and should not take more than 5-10 minutes to complete. If you provide your email address you will be entered into a random drawing for prizes including Town merchandise, Matthews Playhouse tickets, and gift certificates to local restaurants.
