R-15MF Multi-family lot area varies based on type of uses and number of dwellings

R-12MF Multi-family lot area varies based on type of uses and number of dwellings

R/I Residential/Institutional minimum lot size of 2 acres

R-MH Manufactured Home minimum 20 feet of separation between structures

 

NON-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

0-15 Office minimum lot size 15,000 square feet

0-9 Office minimum lot size of 9,000 square feet

AU Adult Uses no minimum lot size

B-l Neighborhood Business no minimum lot size

B-2 General Business no minimum lot size

B-3 High-Rise Business minimum lot size of 1 acre

B-D Business Distributive no minimum lot size

HUC Historic Urban Core downtown commercial area; no minimum lot size

R-PUD Planned Unit Development lot area varies by use; minimum lot area combined is 36 acres

R-VS Residential Varied Style Higher-Density Single-Family Residential

C Conditional a designation no longer in the ordinance but a hold-over from mid-80s zoning actions (East Point, Windsor Square, Matthews Festival area, etc.)

* Each of the above districts may be followed by (CD) indicating it is a Conditional District

* The single-family designations may also follow a cluster (CL) design process and be so noted on a zoning map, although cluster is not officially a separate zoning designation
