A chance for fathers and daughters to spend some quality time together. Refreshments will be served and a professional photographer will be onsite to capture the memories!
$15/per person - Tickets go on sale January 6; will be available online or in person at the Matthews Community Center or Crews Recreation Center.
A variety of food trucks will roll into downtown Matthews on the second and fourth Fridays, April through September. Get dinner from up to 10 eclectic area trucks, relax in the park, listen to good music, let the kids play in bounce houses, and enjoy the downtown vibe! Be sure to like us on Facebook at "Matthews Food Truck Fridays" to see the line-up each week and keep up with your favorite food trucks.

Fun Family 4th of July
Come decorate your bikes, scooters and wagons, then join us in the People's Parade, a non-motorized parade from Matthews Station St. (in front of Town Hall) to Stumptown Park.
The evening will be capped off with a concert in the park by "The Entertainers".

Matthews Alive!
A Labor Day weekend celebration dedicated to the support of local non-profit organizations through music, arts and community involvement.
The festival is a grand, four-day family event. Expect to see more than 150 arts and crafts vendors, 30 food vendors, one of the largest parades in the Southeast, the festival’s annual quilt show and the Kids Connection interactive area, as well as a fantastic Midway full of games and rides for all ages and four stages of free entertainment all weekend.
