Downtown Mobility Study

People who walk, bike, or drive through Downtown Matthews are asked to provide their feedback as part of a town wide study of downtown parking and mobility.

The  Downtown Matthews Mobility Study will evaluate the needs of people walking, biking, taking transit, driving, and parking in Downtown Matthews in order to develop a clear vision for the future of traveling to, from, and around downtown. The study will also evaluate how to better connect residential neighborhoods surrounding downtown.

The study kicked off earlier this month with a stakeholder meeting, and an analysis of existing conditions has begun. During this analysis period, there is an opportunity for public input. Citizens are asked to complete a brief survey and provide input through an online mapping tool.

Your vision and input will help to identify priority projects, programs, and policies. The following survey seeks to gather your input on how you travel to, from, and around Downtown Matthews, and also what you would like to see to make getting to, from, and around Downtown better.
